RYAN KULLAVANIJAYA
WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA EDITOR – COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVE, THAILAND
Ryan Kullavanijaya, originally from Chicago, IL, USA, is a trainee instructor in Taichokun Singapore. Also certified to teach German and Spanish, Ryan spent several years teaching secondary school in suburban Chicago.
While teaching in the United States, he began his studies of several northern Chinese martial arts with the Taiwanese-based Wu Tang School (founded by Grandmaster Liu Yun Qiao). His training emphasized changquan and yang taijiquan. Before relocating to Southeast Asia, Ryan began studying baguazhang with the same school.
In 2012, Ryan relocated to Bangkok, Thailand and began his Taichokun with Head Coach Dominic Lim in nearby Singapore. In addition, he is now editor for the Taichokun Singapore website & social media and will be the Taichokun country representative for the Kingdom of Thailand.
